SniffURL is operated by Kalp Intelligence Private Limited, incorporated in India (“Kalp”, “we”, “us”). Under the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws, Kalp is generally the data controller for the personal data described here, except where you act as controller for data you collect about your own end users through SniffURL.

Account and profile: name, email, organisation or project details you provide, authentication activity, and preferences.

Service and security: IP address, device and browser type, timestamps, logs, and diagnostics needed to run the service safely and reliably.

Product usage: data created when you use SniffURL (links, campaigns, dashboards, SDK/API traffic you configure). If you use SniffURL to measure your apps or sites, you may send us events or identifiers about your end users — you are responsible for lawful collection and for notices or consents they require.

Support and transactional messages you send us, and emails we send you (for example sign-in codes or billing).

Contract: to provide SniffURL, create and manage your account, authenticate you, and answer support.

Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, reliability, and aggregated product insight, where not overridden by your rights.

Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose information by law or valid requests.

Consent: where the law requires it (for example some cookies or optional marketing). You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We use personal data only to operate, improve, and support SniffURL and to meet legal and security needs.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or independent profiling. We do not offer your data to advertisers or data brokers.

We use a limited set of processors (for example hosting, email delivery, monitoring, or payments on paid plans). They process data on our instructions under contract and only to deliver the service — not for their own purposes. For a sub-processor list, email hello@kalp.ltd.

Infrastructure may be outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where GDPR applies, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) when required.

We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after to resolve disputes, enforce terms, and meet legal duties.

You may ask to delete your account; we delete or anonymise data except where we must keep specific records for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and port your data, and to complain to a supervisory authority.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online service is perfectly secure — protect your credentials and API keys.

Email sign-in codes are short-lived and verification is rate-limited to reduce abuse.

SniffURL is not aimed at children under 16 (or the age your jurisdiction requires). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy and will change the date below. Material changes will be announced as the law requires.
