Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of SniffURL (website, dashboard, APIs, SDKs) operated by Kalp Intelligence Private Limited (“Kalp”, “we”), India.

By registering, accepting, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use SniffURL for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

If you disagree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy describes what we process, why, and your rights. For account data: we run and secure the service; we do not sell your personal data or share it for others’ marketing; processors work on our instructions only.

If you collect data about your end users through SniffURL, you are responsible for lawful processing and notices. You indemnify Kalp against claims arising from your unlawful or non-compliant handling of such data.

Where you are a controller and we process personal data on your behalf under GDPR or similar law, we will cooperate on data processing terms where reasonably required.

Provide accurate information. You may sign in with email codes, Google, or other methods we offer.

You are responsible for activity on your account, for API keys and tokens, and for removing access when people leave your team.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security risk, breach of these Terms, or legal requirement.

SniffURL offers deep linking, attribution, campaigns, analytics, and related SDK/API tools. Features may change as we improve security and reliability.

We will not materially cut prepaid paid entitlements during a paid term without remedy or refund where the law requires.

You must not use SniffURL for unlawful acts, phishing, malware, fraudulent attribution, large-scale spam, or to bypass security or rate limits.

You must follow applicable law and third-party platform rules (app stores, ad networks, etc.) when relevant.

SniffURL software, branding, and docs remain Kalp’s or our licensors’ property.

You keep ownership of your configuration and event data. You grant Kalp a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display it only to provide and improve the service for you, as in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans: fees and cycles as shown at purchase. Taxes apply where required.

Fees are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalp and affiliates are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited (including fraud or gross negligence causing death or injury, where applicable).

You may stop using SniffURL and delete your account; retention follows the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment (if applicable), security, or legal reasons. Clauses that should survive (including enforceable liability caps, indemnity, IP) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

Courts in India have jurisdiction for disputes under these Terms, without prejudice to non-waivable rights to sue in your home jurisdiction under consumer law.
